This is a simple gallery that looks amazing. All it is, is an unordered list of images, all the same size and width, that get 'compressed'. If you then hover over one of these 'compressed' images it expands to full size. I like this because no thumbnails are required and all the images are 'pre-loaded' so there's no waiting around to see the images. Can be viewed either vertically or horizontally.

I know that light box galleries are all the rage at the moment, and rightly so as it's a brilliant idea. But I like this alternative, and it has more than one use as you could use it as a banner, making each image a link to other sites or sections on your website as you can have any width of images and any number. I might have to do that sometime.
